Layout of leaflet...

I printed my leaflet out and the colours came out perfectly but I think I need to re think the paper stock as I think it is far too thick for its purpose! Also one set of the pages didnt line up as well as I had imagined so I will look at the layout slightly.

This is the layout for my sinful hair cuts leaflet...I am going to print this onto a good stock and then photograph ready to send to the 7 sins contest!the deadline is the 15th of February! The leaflet is also going to come with a poster and business card/appointment card but that is going to be for my own work and not for the contest!

The poster is simply the design within the leaflet.... i wanted to keep everything continuous.

Initial ideas...

I think this is colourful but the hair styles confuse the type a little bit too much and I think it gives too much away!

This simple black and white idea works well but i think i want to involve colour...
I quite like this idea...i have taken one of the hair styles and incorporated it into the type...
I thought it would be a good idea to create a poster for my sinful hair salon...promotional material!

I have gone back to these two hair styles to adjust them to make them look more recognisable to the correct sin...these two being lust and sloth.
I decided to take the hair styles and create a poster that kind of promoted these hair styles and produced a little price list of how much it would cost to get each hair style.

I am thinking of producing a little booklet in indesign that shows all these hair styles....
